I had some nice opportunities to interact with the UCSF Department of Orthopedic Surgery this year. Here a candid photo was taken at the UCSF Abbott Society reception that took place during the AAOS Annual Meeting in Las Vegas, Nevada in March 2019. Here I am with three of the graduates of the program during my era as faculty from 1993-2006. It’s always a pleasure to see old colleagues and friends at these events.
