Office Staff

When patients visit Dr. Diao, they first meet Diana, our patient coordinator/biller. Diana makes sure that the office has the information needed to provide quality care for each and every patient. Although her responsibilities are too numerous to list here, they include rooming patients, updating patient medical records, sending outpatient referrals for physical therapy or diagnostic imaging, and assisting with any other patient needs. Shayne is Dr. Diao's practice manager. She is a graduate of California East Bay with a BA in Health Science Administration Management. She is responsible for the overall operations and development of the medical practice.
