Young Surgeons Skills Bootcamp is an intensive, full-day cadaver-based course designed for hand and upper extremity fellows, matched residents, residents pursuing hand surgery specialization, and recent graduates with less than five years of practice. This course offers an unparalleled cadaver-based learning experience focusing on innovative surgical techniques and interventions, focusing on both traumatic skeletal injuries and soft tissue pathologies of the upper extremity. The curriculum is structured into two comprehensive segments:

1. Bone and Joint Trauma (half-day session): This portion is dedicated to an in-depth exploration of hand, wrist, and elbow trauma management. Participants will engage in hands-on cadaveric dissection and surgical technique practice, guided by distinguished faculty members.

2. Soft Tissue Pathologies (half-day session): This portion addresses complex soft tissue issues, including nerve trauma, management of Dupuytren's contracture, flexor tendon repairs and management of small joint arthritis.
