Operation Access held a charity event celebrating 25 years of medical volunteers. It was a fun celebration that recognizes the accomplishments and commitment of each participant. The entire office staff ventured out to Oakland to the Waterfront Hotel where they had good food, fun dancing, cocktails and a very informative Native American performance at the very end.
The dance floor was packed, and everyone participated and showed off their moves.
The office of Edward Diao, M.D., and the ASSH Touching Hands Project – San Francisco collaborates with Operation Access to identify and offer free care for patients that do not have adequate health care coverage with conditions in the hand, wrist, forearm, elbow arm, and shoulder.
Operation Access (OA) receives specialty referrals from community clinics, for low-income patients unable to obtain health insurance. By volunteering with OA, you are bringing essential services to people with no other options for care. For more information please visit their website at https://www.operationaccess.org
