Under the direction of ASSH President Seitz and ASSH CEO Anderson, 15 of the leaders of the ASSH with members of the presidential line, council members past and present, and ley committee chairs spent 2 days at the ASSH headquarters in Chicago on a wide ranging discussion to set priorities for the organization for the next 3-5 years. The ASSH candidates are to be at the forefront of medical specialty societies and the leaders for hand and upper extremity patients and physicians. This was a very productive meeting and also featured some of the best restaurants in the hot Chicago West Loop area, Blackbird, and Publikan.
