I was grateful for the opportunity to have a short video interview regarding the American Society for the Surgery of the Hand Touching Hands Program.
San Francisco is one of the four original centers that provided a day of charity hand care including surgery, use of surgery center facilities, anesthesia, nursing, clerical staff to take care of uninsured and underinsured people in our own communities. We hope that other surgeons will feel motivated to join these efforts in the future.
