It was an honor to serve as faculty for the Stryker Elbow to Finger Fracture: a Fellow's Course, in Phoenix Arizona. This 1-1/2 day course utilized didactic and hands-on operating room simulation to educate fellows in training. It included a hands-on cadaveric training session for fellows looking to increase their surgical skills in hand, wrist, forearm, and elbow procedures. Participants were taught cutting edge surgical techniques for the treatment of common and challenging hand, wrist, forearm, and elbow trauma.
